You can’t do anything that: I unreasonably burdens or, in OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited’s sole discretion, may unreasonably burden the Website’s infrastructure; (ii) interferes or tries to interfere with the proper working of the Website or any third-party participation in the Website; or (iii) gets around OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited’s measures that are meant to stop or limit access to the Website.

Has or can be considered “spam,” “junk email,” “pyramid schemes,” “chain letters,” “affiliate marketing,” or unsolicited commercial advertising.

 

There are ads for online contests, surveys, credit counselling, discount cards, and Ponzi schemes.

 

Spreads viruses or other technologies that could hurt OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited or the interests or property of its users, or includes them.

Contains the same content as other open postings you’ve made in the past, or uses any kind of automated device or computer programme that lets you post without the written permission of OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited.

 

2. PROHIBITIONS ON SENDING MESSAGES

 

You can’t send messages to other users that have the following in them:

 

Offers to send money across the country or around the world for more than the price of the service, with the intention of getting some of the money back; or

 

Advertising that wasn’t asked for or that was for a service that wasn’t on the Website or an external website.

 

3. NO DISCRIMINATION

 

1. Postings that are biassed. Indian law says that people can’t be treated differently because of their race, colour, religion, sex, nationality, age, disability, or any other protected class. OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited will not agree to a Posting that breaks the law on purpose. 3. FEEDBACK

 

As a contributor to the Website, you agree to be careful and smart when leaving Feedback for a new user. If you break any of the rules above about leaving Feedback, OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited, in its sole discretion, may do any of the following: I remove your Feedback or any of your Postings; (ii) limit your Account privileges; (iii) close your Account; and/or (iv) remove your status earned through the Feedback page.

 

2. How to Report the Wrong Use of Feedback. You can email [email protected] to talk to OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited about any wrong uses of Feedback.

 

3. How to Sort Out Arguments About Feedback. If there is a disagreement between Website users about Feedback, OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited will make the final decision.

2. ORANGELEAF SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED FEES CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR GET AROUND IN PROFILES AND OFFERS.

 

Service Professionals must not: (a) provide a catalogue or a link to a third-party website from which Service Users or any Registered User or user of the Website can get the Service directly; (b) post more than the allowed number of times; (c) post a single Service but offer other identical services in the Service description; (d) charge fees for travelling further than desired to provide the Service; (e) offer the same Service in more than one location; (f) offer the same Service in more than one location

 

If we find out that a professional is doing any of the above, OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited has the right to put the professional on a blacklist and hold back any credits or payments that are still due to the professional.

 

3. Profiles and offers must create a level playing field and give all website users a safe, easy, and positive experience.

 

Service Professionals shouldn’t: (a) ask Service Users to send cash or use other payment methods that OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited doesn’t specifically allow as approved payment methods; (b) include links that don’t follow OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited’s rules for third-party links; (c) use certain kinds of HTML and JavaScript in Postings, your Offer page, or in any other part of your account.

 

4. CONSENT TO CONTACT ME BY PHONE CALL, SMS, EMAIL, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

E. Service Users’ Rules

 

1. USERS OF THE SERVICE SHOULD NOT DO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

 

(a) commit to buying or using a Service without making a payment; (b) sign up for, ask for a fee for, use, or otherwise solicit a Service with no intention of using or paying for the Service; (c) agree to buy a Service when you don’t meet the Service Professional’s terms as outlined in the Posting, or agree to buy a Service to make a Posting look bad; or (d) take advantage of any options OrangeLeads makes available now or

 

2. AUTHORIZATIONS FOR VIOLATING ANY OF THE RULES

 

If a Service User breaks any of the above rules with his or her Posting, OrangeLeaf Services Private Limited, in its sole discretion, may do any of the following: (a) cancel the Posting; (b) limit the Service User’s Account rights; (c) close the Service User’s Account; and/or (d) remove the Service User’s status earned through the Feedback page.

 

F. Use of Content Sent In

 

1. NO CONFIDENTIALITY

 

The Website may now or in the future allow you and other users to submit videos or other forms of communication, including, but not limited to, your Offer, your Profile, your Wants, all Submitted Content, and any Feedback, as well as the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such Submitted Content.
